HR Transformation Consultant

As a successful and fast-growing transformation consultancy, Veran Performance is looking to bring on board individuals who are passionate about HR technology and keen to be Consultants. This role is the ideal opportunity for an individual with 5-15 years of experience, with hands-on experience of using or implementing HR technology.

As an HR Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. You will not be involved in the configuration of this technology, but the hand-holding of the HR team and wider business in how to get the most from technology and embed it successfully within the organisation.  This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management; solution and process design and change management.


Description of role:

- Advising clients on HR service design and how this may be optimised through technology.

- Supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.

- Providing support and expertise with HR service design, operating models and capability.

- Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of HR technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective.

- Supporting clients to design and agree the best way of using HR technology, including facilitation of design decisions.

- Defining a plan for deploying a specific module of an HR solution.

- Mapping and documenting HR processes.

- Providing programme management with a weekly status update of activities against the plan.

- Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions.

- Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business.

- Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.


Role requirements:


  • A 2:1 or above from a globally recognised University or Business School.
  • Experience of deploying HR solutions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience of HR processes and process mapping.
  • Proactive, independent and self-starter.
  • Able to travel in the UK and Europe
